Dear Writers, It’s Quality, Not Quantity

Let me start by saying that I love reading articles, especially on Medium because there are some very good authors on this platform with interesting and important things to say, but if I’m being honest, sometimes they take more time than necessary to say them. I may love the message that a certain article is trying to get across, but the long-winded delivery can easily make it boring, so don’t be afraid to write short articles, what matters is that you get your message across, if you can manage to do so in an entertaining and easily digestible way, that gives you extra points, but don’t over-explain, don’t fill the article with paragraph after paragraph to make it seem like a grand and important statement, if the message is important in itself, people will get that, don’t worry about the length.
