3 Things We Can All Learn From The Pandemic

1. Please for the love of God don’t go to work if you’re feeling sick
It’s just a cold, I don’t even feel that bad, what will my boss say?
Who are we kidding, we’ve all had this train of thought, and what’s crazy is that most of us actually used to listen to this, we didn’t know any better back then, but we do now, so next time you’re feeling sick, even if it’s “just a cold”, just don’t go to work, save yourself and your co-workers the trouble.
2. Not everything has to be done in person
Personally, I’m one for human contact and I prefer doing things in person as most of us probably do, but if I’ve learned something from the pandemic, it’s that I can also do most stuff from home, and it’s fine to do stuff from home sometimes, it can be a time saver and way more efficient in a lot of situations.
3. We all need some alone time
All of us need to be alone sometimes, some of us more than others, but regardless of if you’re naturally introverted or extroverted, being alone with yourself is very healthy and a great way to check in on yourself, allow yourself to really be able to take a pause and think and meditate about whatever you need to. Don’t be afraid to be a little antisocial every now and then, there’s nothing wrong with staying in every once in a while.
